(TSX: ONC, NASDAQ: ONCY) ("Oncolytics") today announced that it has been granted its 30th U.S. Patent, No. 7,452,723, entitled "Methods for Preventing Reovirus Recognition for the Treatment of Cellular Proliferative Disorders." The allowed claims relate to kits comprised of reovirus and an immune suppressive agent that are designed to prevent reovirus recognition by the immune system.
